Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to the AuroraBus website, Driver Panel and related virtual coach community services. By signing in, submitting a Waybill or otherwise using AuroraBus, you agree to these terms, the AuroraBus Rules and the applicable rules of Discord and TruckersMP.

If you do not agree, do not use the Driver Panel or represent yourself as an AuroraBus member.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must have a valid Discord account and any game or TruckersMP access required for the activity you choose to participate in.
• You are responsible for the security and activity of your Discord and AuroraBus accounts.
• You may not share, sell, transfer or create misleading duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions.
• Information submitted to the panel must be accurate and belong to the account holder.

The AuroraBus service

AuroraBus provides community features including Discord sign-in, digital Waybills, career progression, statistics, divisions, quotas, events, role synchronisation and management tools. Features may be added, changed or removed as the project develops.

AuroraBus is an independent virtual community and is not presented as an official service of SCS Software, TruckersMP or Discord.

Rules and acceptable conduct

Members must follow the AuroraBus Rules, Discord server rules and current TruckersMP rules. Prohibited behaviour includes harassment, discrimination, impersonation, account abuse, deliberate disruption, unauthorised access attempts and conduct that damages the community or other users.

While representing AuroraBus, members must use company branding, tags and approved division variations only as authorised by management.

Waybills, evidence and submitted content

• Waybill routes, odometer values, screenshots and event or quota claims must be genuine and accurate.
• Fabricated, manipulated, duplicated or unrelated evidence is prohibited.
• You retain responsibility for links, screenshots and other content you submit.
• By submitting content, you permit AuroraBus staff to view, review and use it for Waybill verification, statistics, moderation and community records.
• Public links should not expose unnecessary personal information or third-party confidential material.

External services and links

AuroraBus integrates with or links to services such as Discord, TruckersMP and third-party image hosting. Their availability, content and policies are controlled by those providers. AuroraBus is not responsible for external services, but users must comply with their applicable terms.

Availability and changes

The website and panel are provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, hosting issues, Discord API limits, updates or technical faults may interrupt access or role synchronisation. AuroraBus may change, suspend or discontinue features without guaranteeing permanent availability or preservation of every statistic.

Moderation and enforcement

Depending on severity and history, AuroraBus may reject Waybills, issue warnings, remove roles, remove a member from a division, temporarily suspend panel access or permanently remove access. Serious TruckersMP or Discord violations may also lead to internal review.

Attempts to evade a restriction may result in a longer or permanent restriction. Questions or appeals should be submitted calmly through AuroraBus support or info@aurorabus.eu.

User responsibility and limitation

Participation is voluntary. Users remain responsible for their own game accounts, Discord accounts, equipment, internet access, driving conduct and compliance with third-party rules. AuroraBus does not guarantee ranks, rewards, uninterrupted access or acceptance of a submitted Waybill.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AuroraBus is not liable for indirect loss, lost game progress, external account action, third-party outages or user-submitted links and content.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated to reflect new features, community rules or legal requirements. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
